As we navigate these uncharted waters together, please know that Family Source continues to be attentive to the new information and data related to COVID-19. We are empathetic to the added stress and worry this is bringing to your journey, and are committed to providing you with the guidance and attention to detail that you have come to expect from our agency.

Our guidance to all of our clients at this time, especially our egg donors and gestational surrogates, is to follow the recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) to help minimize unnecessary risk of COVID-19 exposure, and help prevent spread of the virus. As these guidelines are changing on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis, we advise you visit both the CDC’s website and ASRM’s website directly for best practices.

Family Source is an advocate for all of our clients to adhere to their physician’s guidelines at all times, but especially now and with respect to avoiding people who are sick or exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness. We want our clients to understand and recognize that as a group, expecting women are placed in a high risk category, and consequentially are encouraged to practice social distancing and/or self-containment if at all possible.

Please continue to communicate with your dedicated FSC team member as a primary source of information during this time. Do not hesitate to reach out via email, phone (voice or text), WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, or any other method of communication that works best for you. Team FSC is dedicated to bringing you information and answers as quickly as possible – and will continue to work endlessly to make your journey successful.

Respectfully,
Family Source Consultants
