Through research, advocacy, professional education, and evidence-based guidelines, ASRM supports physicians, scientists, mental health professionals, embryologists, nurses, attorneys, and other fertility professionals working to improve reproductive health and family-building outcomes for individuals and families worldwide. ASRM is recognized as a leading authority in fertility care, assisted reproductive technology, surrogacy, egg donation, and reproductive health policy.
Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART)
SART is the leading professional organization dedicated to the practice of assisted reproductive technology (ART) in the United States. SART promotes and advances the highest standards of patient care through the development of clinical guidelines, quality assurance measures, transparent reporting of IVF outcomes, patient advocacy, and ongoing research. SART member clinics adhere to rigorous standards for ethics, safety, laboratory practices, and data reporting, helping ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based fertility care.
Society for Ethical Egg Donation & Surrogacy (SEEDS)
SEEDS is a nonprofit organization founded by a group of egg donation and surrogacy agencies, whose purpose is to define and promote ethical behavior by all parties involved in third party reproduction. SEEDS, which stands for the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy, carries out its mission by working with ART professionals to create a unified voice and develop and issue ethical standards for the various aspects of third party reproduction. We have currently developed several standards, and many more are planned. Our goal is to reach a wide audience of agencies and ART professionals and hear their opinions and input about industry standards. Ideally we will come to industry-wide agreement on the standards.
Chicago Area Reproductive Association (CARA)
The Chicago Area Reproductive Association (CARA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing education, research, and the exchange of ideas and experiences in the field of reproductive biology. Through educational programs, quarterly meetings, professional collaboration, and networking opportunities, CARA brings together embryologists, fertility professionals, researchers, and industry leaders to share knowledge, discuss emerging technologies, and promote innovation in reproductive medicine. The organization is committed to fostering a collaborative community that supports scientific advancement, professional development, and improved outcomes for patients pursuing fertility treatment and family building.
RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association
RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that all people challenged in their family building journey have access to the care, support, education, advocacy, and resources they need. As the only established nationwide network of infertility support groups and advocacy chapters in the United States, RESOLVE works to promote reproductive health awareness, improve access to family building options, and advocate for equitable fertility coverage and reproductive healthcare. Through community support, public education, and legislative advocacy, RESOLVE empowers individuals and families navigating infertility and other reproductive disorders while advancing policies that make family building more accessible for all.

Provides current information and immediate support regarding the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of infertility and pregnancy loss, and offers guidance to those considering adoption or childfree lifestyles.
