We are seeking an experienced Intended Parent Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective intended parents as they evaluate and pursue their family-building options.
Position Summary
The Intended Parent Consultant is responsible for independently leading prospective intended parent consultations, assessing client needs, educating clients regarding available family-building options, and providing individualized guidance throughout the decision-making process.
This role requires the exercise of independent judgment, discretion, and professional consultation skills when evaluating client circumstances, identifying appropriate solutions, and advising prospective clients regarding surrogacy and egg donation programs.
The Intended Parent Consultant serves as a primary relationship manager for prospective intended parents and is responsible for driving enrollment outcomes while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently conduct consultations with prospective intended parents regarding surrogacy and egg donation options.
- Assess each client’s unique family-building goals, circumstances, priorities, and concerns.
- Provide individualized recommendations and strategic guidance regarding available program options.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client decision-making process.
- Exercise independent judgment in evaluating client needs and recommending appropriate next steps.
- Manage prospective client relationships from initial consultation through enrollment.
- Address complex client questions and concerns while providing accurate program guidance.
- Develop and maintain consultation strategies that support enrollment objectives and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership regarding client opportunities, challenges, and recommendations.
- Maintain ownership of prospective client pipelines and enrollment performance goals.
- Represent Family Source Consultants with professionalism, expertise, and sound judgment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in consultative sales, client advisory services, fertility, healthcare, financial services, luxury services, or another relationship-driven industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently guide clients through complex and emotionally significant decisions.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
- Experience working autonomously and exercising discretion in client-facing situations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Match Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in third-party reproduction or IVF—whether personal or professional—is preferred. This role requires occasional evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Guide intended parents through the surrogacy matching process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Surrogate Intake Team to assess and onboard surrogate candidates.
- Facilitate and oversee match meetings between surrogates and intended parents.
- Uphold the highest ethical and confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the most suitable surrogates for intended parents.
- Maintain precise records and ensure clear, transparent communication between intended parents, surrogates, and the Case Management team following a match.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
