Thank you for considering the possibility of helping a deserving couple or individual achieve their dreams of parenthood as an FSC Surrogate.

If you answer yes to all of the criteria below, you may qualify!

  • I am a resident of the United States

  • I am between the ages of 21-42

  • I am healthy overall

  • I am height-weight proportionate with a BMI between 19 and 33

  • I have at least one child and am raising (or have raised) that child

  • I have experienced a full-term pregnancy and delivery

  • I am in a stable living situation

  • I do not smoke or take illegal drugs and I am not alcohol dependent

  • I do not have any history of psychiatric illness

  • I truly enjoy pregnancy and am motivated by the wish to help others create or add to their family!
