FSC matches and facilitates Gestational Surrogacy and Egg Donation arrangements in the United States and internationally. We are currently seeking a full-time, Match Specialist. Applicant must be self-motivated, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic. Third party reproduction/IVF experience, either personal or professional is preferred. Applicant must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines and be available for occasional weekends and after hours.

Responsibilities:

• Support intended parents during the surrogacy matching process.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Surrogate Intake Team who onboards surrogate candidates.
• Facilitate match meetings between surrogates and intended parents.
• Practice within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining confidentiality of client and surrogate, abiding by applicable confidentiality standards and security policies.
• Carefully evaluate and select surrogates to ensure the best matches for intended parents.
• Gather precise information and maintain transparent communication of intended parents and surrogates following the acceptance of a match to communicate with the Case Management team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth.
• Professional in appearance and communication style.
• Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the matching process.
• Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure all criteria and preferences are met during the matching process.
• Must understand the emotional aspects of surrogacy and being able to provide compassionate support to both intended parents and surrogates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize accordingly, have excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Embrace a balanced method for enhancing efficiencies, combining expert forward-thinking with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
• Be driven, ambitious, innovative, and detail oriented.
• Proactively support intended parents during challenging conversations, emphasizing the importance of matching criteria.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with intended parents and surrogates,
• Able to adhere to HIPAA compliances.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous professional experience in third-party reproduction, social work, psychology, or business or relationship management.
