Family Source Consultants is proud to be celebrating over 15 years as a leading authority in third-party reproductive services. Our Chicago-based agency matches and facilitates Gestational Surrogacy and Egg Donation arrangements in the United States and Internationally.

Family Source is pleased to assist individuals and couples of all races, sexual orientations, and religious and ethnic backgrounds to build their families through surrogacy and egg donation. Working closely with each and every client allows us to ensure that arrangements are customized to meet the specific needs of prospective parents, Surrogates, and Egg Donors.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, and self-driven Case Manager to work closely with our Intended Parents and Surrogates throughout their surrogacy journey, to ensure our clients have a positive, supportive, and successful experience.

This position is part-time, 25 hours per week with the potential to become full-time.

Applicant must be self-motivated, efficient with their time, organized, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic. Surrogacy or adoption experience, either personal or professional, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate intended parent/surrogate matches, providing ongoing support to all parties throughout their surrogacy experience.
  • Practices within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining the confidentiality of client and surrogate information and assuring that program coordinators abide by applicable confidentiality standards and security policies.
  • Communicate directly with Intended Parents and Surrogates regarding the agency process and guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in speaking and writing English and one of the following: French, Spanish, German, or Chinese
  • Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth and change
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to provide leadership while maintaining a team mentality
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Show attention to detail
  • Exhibit professional email etiquette
  • Must have professional email/communication etiquette and appearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Case management experience
  • Surrogacy or adoption experience (personal or professional)
  • Nursing or Social Work background
  • Familiarity with the IVF process

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized Support & Match Manager to work closely with intended parents during the surrogacy matching process. The Support and Match Manager works closely with the surrogacy admissions and intake program in coordinating sophisticated matches between intended parents and surrogates.

Applicant must be self-motivated, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic. Third party reproduction/IVF experience, either personal or professional required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Intended Parents through surrogacy matching process
  • Facilitate match meetings between surrogates and intended parents
  • Practice within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining confidentiality of client and surrogate, abiding by applicable confidentiality standards and security policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Driven, ambitious and goal-oriented
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented
  • Third Party Reproduction experience (personal or professional)
  • Able to adhere to HIPAA compliances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Social Work experience, i.e., LCSW/LMSC
  • Bilingual
