In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for intended parent leads—guiding them with empathy, education, and confidence as they take the first steps in their family-building journey. You’ll also play a key role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with fertility centers and clinics nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new intended parent leads, providing prompt, informative, and supportive communication
• Build trust and confidence with leads through consistent follow-up, personalized consultations, and deep knowledge of our services
• Guide leads through every step of the decision-making process, with the goal of converting inquiries into committed clients
• Maintain detailed tracking of lead activity and conversion metrics in CRM systems
• Present the value, reputation, and support Family Source Consultants offers throughout the surrogacy and egg donation journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new clients are seamlessly transitioned to the next stage of their journey
• Build, nurture, and expand referral relationships with fertility clinics and reproductive professionals

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• A heart for helping others and a passion for family building
• Must have a professional appearance, work quality, and personal skills
• Experience with third-party reproduction and emotional aspects related; former egg donor, surrogate, or former intended parent is a plus
