We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven, highly organized, and compassionate Matching Specialist to work closely with intended parents during the surrogacy matching process. The Matching Specialist will support and guide our Intended Parents in coordinating the best matches between intended parents and FSC surrogates. Applicant must be self-motivated, compassionate, resourceful, diplomatic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines. This position is remote and can be either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Intended Parents through the surrogacy matching process.
  • Practice within the highest ethics and standards by maintaining the confidentiality of client and surrogate, abiding by applicable confidentiality standards and security policies.
  • Closely communicate with the Surrogate Admissions team and maintain familiarity with the surrogate candidates.
  • Closely communicate with the Client Relations team to learn about each intended parent to provide the best possible support.
  • Proficiently explore and suggest surrogates for intended parents.
  • Assist with administrative and data collection with the program for intended parents, ensuring all documents are thorough and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with time-sensitive and professional and compassionate communication.
  • Collaborate with all programs within the agency to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Attend and proactively engage in the surrogate and intended parent prep meetings.
  • Facilitate the intended parent and surrogate match meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized Surrogacy Admissions Coordinator to join our team! As a Surrogacy Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing gestational surrogate candidates in educating them regarding the surrogacy process, reviewing applications, gathering insurance documents, and interviewing candidates for acceptability in preparation for becoming matched with intended parents as they embark on their surrogacy journey. To be successful in this role, you should have an outgoing and positive personality, be highly organized, enjoy meeting new people, and can work well independently. The Surrogacy Admissions Coordinator will set goals for growth – swiftly and diligently moving surrogate candidates through the intake process to prepare for the matching process with intended parents. To best assist interested gestational surrogate candidates, this position requires Saturday availability (permanent shift will be Tuesday through Saturday).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that potential surrogates have a positive intake experience and a full understanding of the surrogacy process
  • Work diligently in obtaining necessary information and documents to fully intake surrogate candidate
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure an efficient admission process to prepare for matching with intended parents
  • Practice within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining confidentiality for all parties

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth and change
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills (a MUST!)

Applicant must be self-motivated, highly driven, outgoing, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic, and able to build relationships with others through various needs for family-building scenarios. 

Responsibilities

  • Practice within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining the confidentiality of client information
  • Hold in-person, telephone, and video consultations with hopeful parents to fully educate and share the surrogacy process
  • Communicate regularly with and build relationships with fertility centers and other family-building professionals in the field
  • Continually increase Intended Parent growth
  • Organize and retain files, both electronic and hard copy, and handle administrative duties
  • Visit local fertility centers to build and maintain ongoing relationships and referrals
  • Any other customary services that FSC may require to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of FSC’s business
