What led you to become an Egg Donor?
A friend of mine had previously donated a couple of times, so I was already very interested. I have always wanted to help a family in need and I felt that becoming an egg donor would be the most rewarding way to do so.
Who was your largest support person(s) throughout your journey?
My largest supporter throughout the egg donation experience was most definitely my husband.
What made you decide to be closed/semi-open/open with your Recipient Parents?
I wanted to be open to any choice that the Recipient Parents requested.
Do you have advice for women who are interested in becoming an Egg Donor?
The process is not difficult, and the result is extremely rewarding. Knowing that you just helped create a new life and start a family is absolutely worth it!
