Nineteen years ago, Family Source Consultants was built on a simple belief, that family building should be guided by compassion, integrity, and informed choice. From the very beginning, the mission was clear, to support people through one of the most personal and meaningful journeys of their lives with honesty, education, and care at the center of everything we do.

What began as a vision has grown into nearly two decades of guiding families through surrogacy and egg donation, celebrating more than 1,500 babies born, and supporting countless journeys shaped by hope, resilience, and trust. Each family’s path is unique, and we have always believed that there is no one size fits all approach to building a family. Our role is to educate, advocate, and walk alongside each person as they make informed decisions that feel right for them.

Over the years, Family Source Consultants has grown alongside the families we serve. With deep roots in Chicago, an established presence in Miami, and a strong nationwide and global reach, our work now supports intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors across the United States and around the world. We are proud to be licensed in New York as a surrogacy agency, a distinction that reflects our commitment to compliance, transparency, and ethical leadership in one of the most highly regulated surrogacy environments in the country.

Ethics and education have always been foundational to our work. Since our inception, we have been members of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and active participants in the Society of Ethical Egg Donation and Surrogacy. These affiliations are not simply credentials, they represent our ongoing dedication to best practices, informed consent, and continuous learning within the reproductive health and family building community.

At the heart of every journey are the people who make this work possible. We are deeply grateful to the intended parents who trusted us with their dreams, to the surrogates and egg donors whose generosity and courage change lives, and to the medical, legal, mental health, insurance, and escrow partners who collaborate with us to ensure every journey is supported from every angle. Family building does not happen in isolation, it is built through partnership, communication, and shared values.

We are also proud of our commitment to parenthood for all. Through ongoing support of nonprofit organizations, advocacy efforts, and educational initiatives, we work to expand access to ethical family building and help remove barriers that prevent people from pursuing their path to parenthood. In a time when misinformation and unethical practices can create fear and uncertainty, our role as educators and advocates has never been more important.

After 19 years, one thing remains unchanged. This work is personal. It is personal for the families we serve, for the surrogates and donors who give so much of themselves, and for the team at Family Source Consultants who lead with heart, professionalism, and purpose every single day. As we look ahead, we remain committed to guiding family building journeys with the same compassion, integrity, and informed choice that inspired our work from the very beginning.

We are honored by the trust placed in us, grateful for the journeys we have supported, and excited for the families and futures still to come
