As the CEO and Co-founder of Family Source Consultants, Staci works closely with potential Intended Parents during the initial process, as well as oversees the agency to ensure values are applied consistently across all departments by implementing the agency’s vision, mission and overall direction.

Being a former Intended Mother herself, as well as a known egg donor twice, Staci has the passion, knowledge and personal experience of reproductive medicine and family building.

Q. You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?

A. Most definitely Ivory. From clothing to interior design, it’s just a classy, clean feel!

Q. What’s your favorite ’90s jam?

A. This would have to be “Wild Thing” by Tone Loc!

Q. What’s the last thing you watched on TV and why did you choose to watch it?

A. The Chicago Cubs game (and they WON). I’ve been a fan since the 80s! Go Cubbies!

Q. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

A. This would be ANY home interior store, I could shop for days! From furniture to house gadgets, I am hooked!

Q. What’s your favorite flavor of Pringles?

A. Pringles – YUM! I always have a can of low-fat Pringles in the house. Are they really low-fat? Of course not! And they MUST have salt!

Q. If you could have any one superpower, which would you choose?

A. By far is to never have the need to sleep! Trying to jam-pack everything into 24 hours is tough, which is why I organize my days, weeks and months to the best of my ability. I am a stickler on time management and organization.

 

Staci Swiderski, CEO and owner of Family Source Consultants has been involved in the field of reproductive medicine since 2002. Staci has vigorously grown the comprehensive egg donation and gestational surrogacy agency to become a worldwide leader in the third-party reproduction field. Staci is a former intended parent herself. She and her husband welcomed their son via gestational surrogacy in 2005. Additionally, Staci had the experience of assisting an infertile couple (AKA Recipient Parents) build their family through her efforts as an egg donor, with her donation resulting in the births of their son and daughter.
