We are excited to share with you more about our wonderful staff! Staci is the CEO and Co-founder of Family Source Consultants, one of North America’s leading Surrogacy and Egg Donation agencies. With more than 15 years experience in Third Party Reproduction, she is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the multidisciplinary organization dedicated to the advancement of the science and practice of reproductive medicine.
Staci works closely with potential Intended Parents during the initial process, as well as oversees the agency to ensure values are applied consistently across all departments by implementing the agency’s vision, mission and overall direction.
Being a former Intended Mother herself, as well as a known egg donor twice, Staci has the passion, knowledge and personal experience of reproductive medicine and family building.
Tell Us About Yourself.
I would tend to say that I am more of a private person; I enjoy spending time alone when not engaged in work or with family. I am a vegetarian, Cubs fan and all around animal lover.
What Brought you to Family Source Consultants?
In 2005, a very good friend of mine and I knew that our strong passion for assisting others to become parents as well via Surrogacy could expand through developing an agency here in Chicago. With Illinois having some of the most Surrogacy friendly laws in the U.S., we utilized our knowledge and passion within the industry and opened our agency [FSC] in January of 2007.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
WOW, this is a tough one as I cannot name just ONE! Of course, the end result and main purpose of what we all do here at the agency; to know that we have helped another couple or person meet their little miracle or miracles that they have dreamed of.
Another rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the amazing work that my staff does on a daily basis; through their dedication, hard work and compassion for our Intended Parents, Surrogates and Donors, they really make me proud!

What are you interests outside of work at FSC?
I enjoy mostly spending time with my family, which consists of my husband, (John) four amazing children, 3 sons (Chris, Tj & Trey) and daughter (Alyssa) and my ADORABLE grandson, Sonny. I also enjoy diving into business articles and any good read on self and life improvement.
Staci Swiderski, CEO and owner of Family Source Consultants has been involved in the field of reproductive medicine since 2002. Staci has vigorously grown the comprehensive egg donation and gestational surrogacy agency to become a worldwide leader in the third-party reproduction field. Staci is a former intended parent herself. She and her husband welcomed their son via gestational surrogacy in 2005. Additionally, Staci had the experience of assisting an infertile couple (AKA Recipient Parents) build their family through her efforts as an egg donor, with her donation resulting in the births of their son and daughter.
