Meet C!

“Family Source Consultants has been nothing but a positive environment for me to thrive in. First with surrogacy and ultimately with egg donation, I have had nothing but the utmost support throughout each process and could not be more grateful for the hard work and ethics that is put forth. “

Q. What led you to become an Egg Donor?

Helping others, ultimately makes us healthier, happier people. I have had good karma come into my life on many occasions and I just want to be that good karma for someone else.

Q. Who was your largest support person(s) throughout your journey?

Both my husband and my sister were equally as supportive. My husband did everything he possibly could to make the process easier for me in every way. My sister was the first person to hop on a plane to come help when we needed an outside source of support. I most certainly could not have done it without them.

Q. What made you decide to be closed/semi-open/open with your Intended Parents?

I was open to doing either/or. This journey was semi-open due to the nature of my relationship with the agency and in the future, I would most definitely want it to be an open donation. I am the type to fulfill relationships with people no matter which way they come into my life and I would like to do the same with egg donation.

Q. Do you have advice for women who are interested in becoming an Egg Donor?

Egg donation is a beautiful thing and it brings such happy and positive things to people who are so grateful to have you and your ability to help. Do not let the negative stigmas that come with egg donation, deter you, as it is all about frame of mind.
