Greetings Readers! I’m a 27 year old, young professional, and I just completed my first egg donation. I was right to choose Family Source Consultants to carry out my wish to help grow a family.

A friend initially informed me about the option to become an egg donor, as an alternative to being a surrogate. I haven’t yet had a child of my own, but I felt the desire to help individuals and couples who have difficulty conceiving.

I was given a very fortunate childhood, and family means a lot to me. When I was young, I played sports, made good grades, and behaved well. I now have a Psychology degree and work in Social Services. My family and I are blessed with good health, so I assumed someone would gladly benefit from the genes I’ve been given.

In Fall, I was approved to join the pool of potential donors, and my availability was open to be chosen anytime. I passively yet anxiously waited to be chosen by Intended Parents.

Since being selected by a wonderful couple, in the beginning of this year, I have given much more thought about my choice to give my eggs to an Intended Family. I feel very fortunate to live in an age where this is possible. I find deep satisfaction in playing a role in fulfilling a lifetime experience of togetherness and love.

Family Source Consultants was super friendly, supportive, and overall helpful during the entire cycle. I am especially glad for the communication line they facilitated between the Intended Parents and I. My hopes are high that my first donation was a success. I am excited for a beautiful new family to be born to a deserving couple. I hope more young ladies catch on to the rewarding ability to help make dreams come true. I look forward to donating again with Family Source Consultants!
